The SportDOG SportTrainer® Remote Trainer – SD-425X is an advanced technology and perfect for dogs that weighs 3.6kg or larger - ideal for field training or hunting with close-working dogs.

The kit is consists of a remote transmitter and receiver collar as its main components. For the system to work, the receiver collar is activated through a radio signal that is sent from the transmitter - delivering a safe but startling static stimulation.

The SD425X comes with a 3 year warranty, is fully waterproof with its DryTek technology and submersible to 7.6 metres. It only requires a 2-hour charge with its rechargeable lithium-ion batteries that can last 50-70 hours per charge.

The SportDOG SD425X Remote Transmitter is best used for short-range communication up to 450m signal range. It can also expand up to 3 dogs with additional receiver collars.

The maximum range may still vary on how you hold it, the weather, the terrain as well as transmission from other radio devices. For best and consistent results, hold the remote transmitter in a vertical position away from your body and above your head.

The remote training kit also includes the SportDOG SD425X Receiver Collar which delivers a static stimulation as it receives the signal from the transmitter. The device allows you to switch instantly between 7 levels of low/medium stimulation, as well as train with tone and vibration modes.

This reliable system can be used in any training situation - great for dogs with mild to medium temperaments.

7 Static Stimulation

The SD425X receiver collar has 7 static stimulation with low and medium options for flexible stimulation ranges.

Vibration-Only Mode

The device features a vibration stimulation that can last up to 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, the Remote Transmitter will have 5 seconds 'time-out' period before you can deliver another vibration stimulation.

Tone-Only Mode

Once the Tone button is pressed, the receiver collar delivers a rapid beeping tone - enough to get your dog's attention.

Nick Stimulation

The receiver collar features a momentary stimulation that delivers a harmless yet startling static stimulation for 1/10 of a second regardless of how long you have pressed the button in the Remote Transmitter.

Continuous Stimulation

This feature allows you to control how long the static stimulation is delivered with a maximum of 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, the Remote Transmitter will time-out for 5 seconds before delivering another stimulation.

Waterproof Protection for Heavy Use

The SportDog SD425X can be submersible to 7.6 metres with its DryTEK Technology which ensures protection for both Receiver Collar and Remote Transmitter from water damage.
